Successfully led a team of forensic professionals to diagnose internal control lapses and recommended and initiated the firmwide adoption of Caseware accounting software, improving accounting processes and reducing operating cost by £100,000.
Parkview International Plc UK
Project accountant and financial adviser for the $100 million real estate project transforming the Battersea Power Station into a hospitality and leisure centre.
APR Energy
Coordinated a transaction advisory team of lawyers, bankers and consultants to bid for a 30MW thermal generation plant and 1MW solar power opportunity in Rwanda.
Realbanc Limited
Helped to streamline account management for a property management group of over 200 luxury apartments and helped finance its first real estate development through a joint venture arrangement and off-plan sales.
BGL Asset Management Limited
Assisted the firm to successfully establish three different funds with a total capital base of $50 million, and helped implement an automated process that eliminated inefficiencies and reduced payroll turnaround time.

Folashade Foresythe is a highly skilled Finance Professional and Chartered Accountant who is a subject matter expert in Investment Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Modelling, Financial Reporting, Capital Raising, Tax Management and Project Management.
She possesses almost two decades of local and international leadership and managerial experience working in Financial Services, Asset Management, Real Estate Development and Financial Advisory sectors. She is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) as well as the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). She is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and a certified Prince 2 Project Management practitioner.
She obtained an Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) from Pan Atlantic University and a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance from University of South Wales UK. In addition to this, she has obtained certifications in Financial Modelling, Financial Budgeting and Forecasting as well as professional Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Her reputation as an innovative solution provider who works tirelessly to partner with clients and exceed their expectation precedes her. She is also passionate about grooming young professionals and uses her platform to actively mentor and provide career guidance to young professionals.
